Use with groups of three.

In the years before the American Revolutionary War, the kind, gentle, and aimless Rip Van Winkle discovers a group of other worldly men playing a game of ninepins far off in a hollow. Rip drinks some of their liquor only to wake up twenty years later to discover that while much has changed in his village, Rip is quite the same.

“The positive motivation and willingness to engage in classroom activities goes through the roof with reader’s theater activities. It is so good that you include older students in your scripts. Often these activities end at 6th grade, yet in the older grades is where we have more trouble with motivation.”
